Gladiators Academy of Breaux Bridge is the first affiliate academy of the renowned Gladiators Academy of Lafayette, one of the most accomplished martial arts training centers in the south today. We take pride in the success of our students through the improvement of their lives.
We help our students in better shape, improving themselves mentally, and have FUN - in every class.
We have classes for all fitness levels, ages, and skill levels.
You will be motivated and inspired to achieve your goals. We want to help you change and improve your life, period. The academy will be the first of its kind to offer elite martial arts instruction to Breaux Bridge and the surrounding areas in St. Martin Parish.
In addition we have athletes who have competed in the highest possible levels in Brazilian JiuJitsu, Judo and Submission Wrestling. We pride ourselves in having a core of instructors that have been involved in teaching martial arts to beginners and to professionals for over a decade. Our goal is to use martial arts training to build people into better people.

Meet Jared Conques

Brazilian JiuJitsu Black Belt
Jared Conques is a Brazilian JiuJitsu Black Belt under UFC veteran, Tim Credeur. Jared was one of Tim Credeur’s first students in Louisiana and has been under his tutelage for since 2006.
Jared is a certified BJJ Revolution Team Instructor as well as an Alumni of the Freestyle Fighting Academy’s Instructor Training Program. He also has the distinction of being the Fall 2014 Brazilian JiuJitsu Instructor of the Year at Gladiators Academy of Lafayette, as determined by his pupils. Being an active competitor on the regional BJJ circuit, Jared has graced the podium at numerous LBJJF, Fight to Win, New Breed and the prestigious IBJJF events.
Jared holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana and has been married to his wife, Mrs. Abby Meaux Conques, since 2012.
Despite his many accomplishments his passion remains teaching martial arts, and above all, being a husband, son, brother and friend.
